i stayed at oaks for 2 nights in a one-bedroom apartment. the location was great, just a short walk to restaurants and shops. staff were lovely and the apartment was clean. what i really liked was having some private time to relax, just like being at home.

We enjoyed our stay in a spacious two-bedroom apartment perfect for our family. The kids loved the modern amenities and we appreciated the hotel's great location, just a quick walk to the riverfront and nearby attractions like the aquarium.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options available, especially for lunch and dinner. Having restaurants specifically for families would really improve the experience.

We had a lovely four-night stay in a spacious two-bedroom apartment, and the hotel really catered well to our family with kids, providing toys in the lobby. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and we relaxed in the hot tub. The only hiccup was the wind noise through our door on the high floor, but it didn’t ruin our stay at all! 🌊

The staff greeted me with friendly smiles and assisted promptly with my requests. The views of the city from my apartment were stunning, especially on the higher floors. The room was clean and had good amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning. However, faced a few issues. The air conditioning remote didn’t have any batteries and the blinds were tricky to manage. Noisy air conditioning unit interrupted my sleep at times. Also, the elevator service was frustratingly slow during peak hours. Overall, a pleasant stay but some points detracted from the experience.
